Pioneer POS Welcomes Ian Gelenter
to Lead Healthcare Expansion
Jan. 2011 - Pioneer POS Inc., a
California based leading manufacturer of touch solutions,
is pleased to announce the newest addition - Ian Gelenter,
Executive Director, Healthcare. Pioneer POS has brought
Ian on to expand Pioneer POS' presence in the healthcare
vertical, by building on its already exceptional brand
reputation for product quality and customer experience.
Ian will lead the growth of Pioneer POS' Healthcare sales
efforts through a global channel expansion initiative that
includes selective strategic partnerships, key reseller
relationships, and enhanced product offerings.
Ian brings over 15 years of experience in sales,
marketing, and channel development in the healthcare vertical.
Most recently Ian served as Business Development Executive
at CDW Healthcare, where he led the development and execution
of high profile business development programs focused around
end user technologies and mobile point of care solutions that
drove the growth of partnerships with key hospital systems.
Prior to CDW Ian was Senior Director of Global Business
Development at Infologix, Inc., a $100M provider of enterprise
mobility solutions including hardware, software, and services
to the healthcare industry. Ian also served as Manager of
Business Development for the Americas at Metrologic, Inc.
(now Honeywell) where he led the expansion of strategic partner
and indirect sales channels within the healthcare vertical.
